Off Season

it's the off season. time for reflection, lack of fitness attention and general malaise induced by craft beer drinking combined with overeating. I have no goals. this is dangerous to one inspired by getting ass kicked by fit younger athelets. especially true when i am not riding let alone with these fit socal folk who stay fit and count calories on the daily.

Cross Season 2010

Cyclocross season in 2010 was an interesting frustration. I race as of now 12/14/10 four races. Three in the Los Angeles area and one in Balboa Park. I did two practice race in Escondido and in Balboa Park. You could say I won a race (practice with some 13 year old girls) took second in another (practice won by 14 year old boy) took 24th at a UCI age group, a 10th in age group (my best against decent competition), a ?? place in a second race same day and a 4th in a lesser? group near my new hometown next to a veledrome.

Met some new freinds and havent seen them in months but they were very kind and for that I am thankful.
